Yes — plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle and any unused credit is carried forward, not forfeited.

Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You get full access to every Pro feature during the trial period. At the end of the 14 days, you can subscribe or drop back to the Starter tier without losing your configuration data.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer (ACH or SEPA) on net-30 terms. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported.

Each seat corresponds to one team member who has authenticated access to the wabbark dashboard and API. Seats are billed monthly at the agreed per-seat rate, and you can add or remove seats at any time through the admin panel. Partial months are prorated to the day, so you only pay for the time each seat is active.

If you reach your Starter review limit, additional API key reviews are paused — your existing active keys keep working, but no new reviews can be submitted until the next billing cycle.
